[摘要]地下室上浮往往會對結(jié)構(gòu)和結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件造成破壞。介紹了一例因地下室上浮而導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件發(fā)生破壞和產(chǎn)生裂縫的工程事故,分析了事故原因,提出了解決方案。并就破壞的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件提出了加固方法,同時詳細(xì)分析了柱置換混凝土加固時荷載傳遞路徑并詳述了施工步驟,可為處理類似工程事故提供參考。

A case of basement structure reinforcement design

Abstract: Structures and structural members will be damaged seriously when basement rises up before the completion of the construction project. An engineering accident case whose structural members were cracked because of the floated basement were presented, the accident reason was analyzed and the related treatment scheme was proposed to solve this problem. In addition, the reinforcement measures of cracked structural members were carried out, the load path and construction procedures of columns concrete-replacing method were also discussed in this paper, which may offer some references to other similar engineering accidents.
