［摘要］以某校綜合樓加層改建設(shè)計(jì)為例，論證了框架結(jié)構(gòu)房屋加層改建工程的三種常見方法，引入一種有效的混合結(jié)構(gòu)梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)連接方式。經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算、施工證明，此加層方法簡單易行、工期縮短、效益明顯，對(duì)同類工程的加層有借鑒意義。

Abstract: Taking a school add complex layer reconstruction design as an example, three common methods of the frame structure housing renovation engineering were demonstrated, an effective hybrid structure beam-column joints connecting method was introduced. The design, calculation and construction prove that this method is simple, the construction period has shortened and the benefit is obvious, it will be useful to add layer for similar projects.
