[摘要]以北京市一棟典型老舊小區(qū)砌體住宅為例,介紹了抗震措施鑒定和承載力驗算的基本方法和內(nèi)容。詳細闡述了分別采用混凝土面層加固和外擴混凝土剪力墻兩種方法加固處理的特點、性能、關(guān)鍵節(jié)點做法及施工要點。并著重介紹了外擴式加固方法不用入戶施工,該方法具有建設周期短、便于推廣的特點,相關(guān)內(nèi)容可供同類工程參考。

Research on aseismic accrediting and strengthening methods of an old masonry residential building

Abstract: Based on the typical old district masonry house of Beijing as an example, the aseismic measures identification and bearing capacity calculation of the basic method and typical content were introduced. Expounds on the concrete pavement reinforcement and external expansion were used respectively to the characteristics of the two methods of reinforcement concrete shear wall, performance, key nodes and construction key points. And the exterior expansion reinforcing method without entering a construction was emphatically introduced, this method has characteristics of short construction period and easy to promote. Relevant content can provide a reference for the similar projects.
