［摘要］中國大戲院為上海市第四批優(yōu)秀歷史保護建筑，是20世紀初建造的較有特點的劇場類建筑。通過材料測試、耐久性檢查、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造檢查和承載能力整體分析，判斷房屋目前安全狀況，為后續(xù)改造設(shè)計和施工提供技術(shù)依據(jù)，并為類似建筑檢測鑒定提供經(jīng)驗。

Appraisal of Chinese Grand Theater in remarkable historic architecture

Abstract： Chinese Grand Theatre is the fourth batch of the remarkable historic architecture in Shanghai, which is a feature of the theater architecture in the beginning of the twentieth century. Through the test material, durable inspection, structural inspection and bearing ability as a whole analysis, the security situation of the architecture status was judged, which provides the technical basis for the further renovation of the design and construction, and provides experience for similar construction inspection and appraisal.
