［摘要］上海復(fù)旦軟件園配套項目采用2層整體地下室設(shè)計，抗浮設(shè)計要求高，原設(shè)計設(shè)置近2000根直徑800mm等截面抗拔樁，樁長約24m。為節(jié)省工程量，節(jié)約工程造價，現(xiàn)場實際選用直徑650mm擴底抗拔樁，并在現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行多次擴孔機具的試驗改良，最終得到良好的成樁效果。樁基靜載荷試驗表明,在相同樁長條件下，直徑650mm擴底抗拔樁具備等同于直徑800mm等截面抗拔樁的承載能力。在保證結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要求的同時，擴底抗拔樁擁有較好的經(jīng)濟性。

Application of uplift pile with enlarged bottom in Shanghai Fudan Software park supporting project

Abstract: Shanghai Fudan software park supporting project applied a design of two-story basement with a sunken plaza. In order to resist the vast water buoyancy, approximately 2000 tensile piles with diameter of 800mm and length of about 24m were used in the field. With repeated efforts in testing improvement of broaching equipment, the construction quality of a new type base-enlarged tension pile with diameter of 650mm and small extend angle has been ensured. Regarding the results of static load test of pile, base-enlarged tension pile with diameter of 650mm shows a similar bearing characteristic of pile with diameter of 800mm. The new type tension pile has remarkable bearing capacity, meanwhile it is cost saving.
