［摘要］某醫(yī)療建筑位于南京市中心地帶，地下3層，施工場地狹小，地下室施工采用逆作法施工。本文簡要介紹該工程地下室結(jié)構(gòu)與基坑支護(hù)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法，重點(diǎn)介紹鉆孔嵌巖灌注樁基礎(chǔ)、地下室外墻（地下連續(xù)墻）、框架柱(豎向支承體系)、框架梁（水平支撐體系）的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)；對樁基的平面布置形式、灌注樁單一樁端后注漿技術(shù)、逆作法施工的節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)與施工方法進(jìn)行了討論。

Structural design of a basement used by top-down construction method

Abstract: A medical building located in the central area of Nanjing, there are three floors in the basement of the building, the construction site is narrow, and top-down construction method is applied in the construction process of the basement. The structure design method of the basement structure and the retaining and protecting for foundation excavation was introduced. The structure design of the pile foundation, the basement exterior wall (diaphragm), the column (supporting system), and the beam (bracing system) are mainly introduced. Plane layout of pile foundation, cast-in-place pile post grouting technology, design and construction method of joints used by top-down construction method are discussed.
