[摘要]地鐵上蓋商業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)由于地鐵站體與盾構(gòu)隧道的存在而變的復(fù)雜與困難。以天津地鐵六號(hào)線北運(yùn)河站為例,通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)要計(jì)算與分析,主要從沉降對(duì)地鐵站體的影響以及地震中裙房對(duì)站體的影響兩個(gè)方面入手進(jìn)行分析,利用樁基礎(chǔ)的特點(diǎn)以及采用預(yù)留后澆帶等施工措施,大幅度減小站體上方兩邊商業(yè)沉降對(duì)站體的影響;而為保證地震中商業(yè)的損傷不影響站體,考慮站體柱子與頂板的抗震性能高于商業(yè)裙房主體,保證商業(yè)部分的構(gòu)件進(jìn)入塑性時(shí),地鐵站體仍處于彈性,最大限度地減小在大震作用下商業(yè)裙房對(duì)地鐵站體的影響,從而定性地確定了地上不斷縫、地下斷縫結(jié)構(gòu)方案的可行性,并簡(jiǎn)單介紹了地鐵上蓋商業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)中可能存在的問(wèn)題以及部分解決方案,以對(duì)類(lèi)似的工程有所借鑒。

Design and thinking of the solutions linking between the subway station and
business building over the subwayLiao Hongwei, Liu Xingkun, Sun Fuping, Zhu Qiang

Abstract: Building commercials on the subway station becomes complex and difficult due to its structure and shield tunnel. Taking Tianjin North Canal Station on metro line six as an example,an analysis on the effect that surrounding buildings was done and settlements on the subway station during the earthquake, based on brief but accurate calculation. Taking the advantage of pile foundation and construction measure such as late poured band, the effect of surrounding buildings settlements on the subway station can be greatly reduced. However, in order to protect the subway station from being destroyed in the earthquake, the hypothesis were made that anti-seismic performance of structural on the subway is superior to that of commercial buildings. In this way, the subway station is still in a state of elasticity when structural of the commercial buildings enter plastic. Therefore it ensures the feasibility of this hypothesis using the method of underground breaking joint and overground no breaking. Besides, some potential problems on building commercials over subway stations and corresponding solutions were present in order to give some references to similar construction.
