[摘要]基于數(shù)值模擬技術針對圓柱形消化池常見的五種工況進行了受力分析,并對計算結(jié)果進行了對比。研究結(jié)果表明,施加預應力后,池壁整個截面在各種工況下皆處于環(huán)向受壓狀態(tài),可以保證結(jié)構(gòu)防滲防漏的設計要求;并且通過五種工況的對比分析還可得,靜水壓力及壁面溫差是結(jié)構(gòu)設計中的控制荷載。所得結(jié)論可為相關設計人員提供參考。

Numerical analysis of cylindrical digester with multi-loading case

Abstract: Numerical analysis was carried out, based on the numerical simulation technology for cylindrical digester with five kinds of load cases, and the calculated results were compared. The research results were shown that after prestressing force was applied, the vertical side wall of cylindrical digester was in the condition of fully compression, which was to ensure the structure of anti-seepage and leak-proof requirement. And through the comparative analysis results of five kinds load cases, temperature and hydrostatic were the controlled loads in the phase of structural designing phase. The conclusion can be a reference for related design workers.
