[摘要]介紹了新型的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土框架體系——自控耗能無粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土(UPPC)框架的基本形式及其受力機理。對自控耗能UPPC框架的核心構(gòu)件——自控元件的基本構(gòu)造和施工工藝做了說明,對自控元件的鑄鐵部分、變形盒部分以及自控元件整體進行了力學(xué)性能試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:1)自控元件的破壞形式為脆性破壞,滿足在罕遇地震下自控元件達到其承載力閾值時突然破壞,自控耗能UPPC框架形成安全的梁鉸耗能機制[1]的要求;2)碳纖維布與鑄鐵的復(fù)合使用,能顯著提高自控元件的極限承載力,同時能達到減小自控元件尺寸、減輕其重量的目的,便于自控元件在工程中的應(yīng)用。

Study on mechanical properties of self-control component in self-control energy dissipation frame

Abstract: The form and the stress mechanism of self-control energy dissipation UPPC frame—a new prestressed concrete frame system were introduced. Instructions about the design and manufacture process of self-control component—the core part of self-control energy dissipation UPPC frame were given. Mechanical performance experiment of self-control component and it’s were carried out. The experimental results show that: 1) the failure mode of self-control component is brittle failure, which is conform to the requirements: self-control component suddenly destroyed when reaches its carrying capacity, then energy dissipation UPPC frame would form the beam hinge mechanism under severe earthquake ; 2) the compound using of carbon fiber sheet and cast iron can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of self-control component, at the same time reducing the weight of self-control component and its size, which is benefit for the use of self-control component in engineering.
