［摘要］以某大學(xué)的鍋爐房改造工程為背景，通過闡述影響混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性的主要因素，結(jié)合工程實例的現(xiàn)場檢測與鑒定情況，進(jìn)行鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性分析，并給出了后續(xù)使用時間，為今后此類工程的耐久性鑒定分析提供了參考。

Analysis and assessment on durability of a reinforced concrete structure

Abstract: On the background of the boiler room renovation project of a university, the main factors that affect the durability of concrete structure were described, and the analysis and assessment on durability of a concrete structure were discussed, also the continuous service time of structure was given. It provides a reference for the identification and the analysis of durability of such projects in the future.
