[摘要]采用局部加載方式對某一新建的鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行使用性能檢驗(yàn),對檢驗(yàn)方法和過程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。選擇了4個(gè)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行使用性能檢驗(yàn),依據(jù)理想傳力路徑,在構(gòu)件承載區(qū)域進(jìn)行局部均勻重物加載,模擬結(jié)構(gòu)理想檢驗(yàn)荷載。檢驗(yàn)中主要對構(gòu)件在局部加載作用下的變形以及應(yīng)變的變化進(jìn)行精密測量,通過對檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析和探討,證明局部加載具有較高的可靠性。總結(jié)了局部加載條件下使用性能檢驗(yàn)的方法,對此類結(jié)構(gòu)的使用性能檢驗(yàn)具有較高的實(shí)用參考價(jià)值。

Study on inspection method of applicable performance on steel frame structure based on local loading

Abstract:Local loading was used in applicable performance of a steel frame structure and the test method and process were designed systematically. Four components were selected in local loading according to practical situation and ideal testing load was simulated by uniform weight drop. It is proved that local loading has high reliability based on the results of deformation and strain. Applicable performance method of local loading is summarized which has higher practical reference value for similar structures.
