[摘要]中海鹿丹名苑8棟、9棟位于廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū),抗震設(shè)防烈度為7度(0.1g),是首個政府要求滿足建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)化指標的項目,均為高度超限工程,采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。針對工程特點,所有外窗設(shè)計成內(nèi)澆外掛型預制凸窗(共四種類型),且均在預制構(gòu)件廠生產(chǎn)并運往工地裝配成整體結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)預制構(gòu)件在生產(chǎn)、脫模、起吊、運輸、施工吊裝、正常使用各階段的受力特點對其進行受力分析和設(shè)計。考慮傳力的可靠性、變形協(xié)調(diào)性、抗裂性、防水性等因素,合理設(shè)計凸窗與現(xiàn)澆部分的連接,并介紹了凸窗與鋁模體系的連接。最后介紹了凸窗安裝過程中的臨時固定體系以及安裝后的凸窗間縫隙的后期處理,并總結(jié)了此類預制凸窗在實踐過程中的經(jīng)驗和教訓。目前該項目仍在施工過程中,吸引了政府以及眾多同行的參觀,總體上是令人滿意的。

Explore design and installation of pouring plug-type prefabricated bay window

Abstract: The No. 8 building and No. 9 building of the China Overseas Ludan gardens project is located in Luohu district, Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, where the seismic precautionary intensity is 7 degree and the design basic acceleration of ground motion is 0.1g. This is the first project must to meet the requirements of the construction industry indicators. The height of the two buildings which adopt shear wall structure all exceed the Chinese code limit. According to the engineering characteristics, All the windows were designed to be pouring plug-type prefabricated bay window (a total of four types), and produced in prefabricated components factory and transported to the site for installation. According to the structural characteristics of the prefabricated components in the production, release, lifting, transportation, hoisting, normal use each stage , the paper analyzed and designed the prefabricated components. When designed the combination of the bay windows and the cast-in-situ concrete structure, the reliability of load-transferring, the compatibility of deformation, crack resistance, water resistance and other factors were considered in the paper. The combination of the bay windows and aluminum formwork system was also introduced in the paper. Finally the paper described the temporary fixed system during the installation of the bay windows and the treatment measure of the gap between the bay windows after installation,and summarized the experiences and lessons of such prefabricated windows in the process of practice. At present, this project which is still being constructed, have attracted the government as well as a number of peers to visit. The project was generally satisfactory.
