［摘要］結(jié)合裝配式建筑的特點(diǎn)及各地政策、規(guī)范和推進(jìn)發(fā)展意見(jiàn)，就剪力墻體系下的預(yù)制率計(jì)算及構(gòu)件選取進(jìn)行探討。依據(jù)各地政策、法規(guī)及慣常做法，探討了預(yù)制構(gòu)件在項(xiàng)目中的拆分及選擇，并根據(jù)各地的預(yù)制率的計(jì)算規(guī)則，比較各構(gòu)件預(yù)制率占比及各設(shè)計(jì)階段的表達(dá)方式。同時(shí)，以某設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目為例，再次探討了預(yù)制率在裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)中的考慮及應(yīng)用。

Disscussion on the precast rate of monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the Shanghai assembly building, the standard of the local standard and the development of the system, the calculation of the precast rate of the whole shear wall system was discussed. According to the policies, regulations and practices of different provinces, split methods and selection principles of precast components were discussed, and the weight ratio and the expression of the prefabricated rate in several design stages were compared according to the calculation rules in different areas. In addition, the consideration and the application of the prefabricated rate in monolithic precast concrete shear wall structures were discussed based on a design project.
