[摘要]利用ANSYS有限元軟件對張之洞與近代工業(yè)博物館部分復(fù)雜節(jié)點進行了有限元分析。分析結(jié)果表明,梁柱連接節(jié)點處應(yīng)合理設(shè)置加勁肋,從而保證節(jié)點處的承載能力;桁架結(jié)構(gòu)中,腹桿和弦桿宜盡量等寬,弦桿內(nèi)加勁肋可采用兩面或三面焊接。通過對復(fù)雜節(jié)點進行有限元分析,可以更加直觀地了解節(jié)點處應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分布情況,從而更加合理的進行節(jié)點設(shè)計。

FEM analysis of steel structure joint of Zhang Zhidong and modern industrial museum

Abstract: Partial complex joints of Zhang Zhidong and modern industrial museum were analyzed by using the finite element software ANSYS. The analysis results show that beam column joint should reasonable setting stiffening rib, thereby ensuring joint capacity. Truss structure, brace and chord should be as far as possible the same width, chord inner stiffening rib can adopt two or three surface welding. Based on the complex joint finite element analysis, the stress and strain distribution of joints can be more intuitive understand, so that can make more reasonable joints design.
