[摘要]借鑒冷凍升溫法和張力補償法的思路,針對張弦梁拉索端部張拉力已知的結(jié)構(gòu),推導了考慮摩擦損失的迭代算法。以同濟大學嘉定校區(qū)體育館屋面張弦梁為例,對張拉施工過程的索力和結(jié)構(gòu)變形進行有限元模擬計算,分析了索夾摩擦力對于施工最終狀態(tài)的影響。在張拉完成階段,索夾摩擦力會減小張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)的起拱位移,改變張拉最終狀態(tài)索段軸力的分布情況。施工監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)表明考慮索夾摩擦的有限元模擬結(jié)果更接近于實際。最后,分析了由環(huán)境溫差而引起的結(jié)構(gòu)變形,溫度升高,結(jié)構(gòu)豎向位移增大。

Force analysis and construction monitoring of beam string structure in prestressing phase

Abstract: The paper uses frozen-heated method and tensile force compensation analysis method for reference, for beam string structure with known tension, proposes an iterative algorithm considering friction loss. Through the roofing beam string in Gymnasium of Jiading Campus of Tongji University, the cable force and nodal displacement during pre-stressing construction are analyzed by finite element simulation. The impact in construction terminal station by friction in cable clamp is studied. In prestressing end phase, friction decreases the vertical displacement and changes the distribution of axial force in cable. Construction monitoring data shows the simulated output considering friction is more accurate. Lastly, the deformation caused by environmental temperature difference is analyzed. Vertical displacement increases with the temperature rise.
