[摘要]北京某高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅采用框架結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)縱橫向布置墻板式阻尼器。采用等效支撐模型(PKPM)和彈簧模型(ETABS)對結(jié)構(gòu)在多遇地震作用下的響應(yīng)進行分析,采用彈簧模型(ETABS)對結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)進行分析。分析結(jié)果表明:1)等效支撐模型和彈簧模型可以較好地模擬墻板式阻尼器在結(jié)構(gòu)中的作用;2)采用墻板式阻尼器后,結(jié)構(gòu)在多遇地震下和罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能得到提高;3)多遇地震作用下,墻板式阻尼器為結(jié)構(gòu)提供抗側(cè)剛度,使結(jié)構(gòu)的層間位移角滿足規(guī)范要求,滿足“小震不壞”的設(shè)計目標(biāo);4)罕遇地震作用下,結(jié)構(gòu)的層間位移角滿足規(guī)范要求,部分框架梁產(chǎn)生塑性鉸,而框架柱始終保持彈性,能夠達(dá)到“大震不倒”的設(shè)計目標(biāo);4)墻板式阻尼器在罕遇地震作用下屈服耗能,可為結(jié)構(gòu)提供附加阻尼比。

Seismic energy dissipation design for a high-rise steel frame building in Beijing

Abstract: A high-rise steel frame building in Beijing was installed with wall type dampers. The seismic performance of the building was studied on structural under the frequent earthquakes respectively with programs PKPM and ETABS, and under the rare earthquakes respectively with programs ETABS. The results indicate that, equivalent structure model and spring model could preferably simulate wall type dampers’ function in structure. Esmic property of the structural under the frequent and rare earthquakes was increased by using wall type dampers. Under the frequent earthquake, the structure can achieve the design goal of “not damage under the frequent earthquake” considering the story drift meets the specification limits because of improving lateral stiffness by installing the dampers. Under the rare earthquakes, the structure can achieve the design goal of “no collapse under the rare earthquake” considering that the story drift meets the specification limits, part of frame beams produce plastic hinge, and frame columns generally keep elastic. The wall type dampers can yield and provide energy dissipation under the rare earthquake, then providing additional damper ratio.
