拱型波紋鋼屋蓋下部支承結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)與分析

(1 中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)(北京),北京 100083; 2 清華大學(xué)土木工程系,北京 100084;3 北京交通大學(xué)土木建筑工程學(xué)院,北京 100044)[摘要]主要針對拱型波紋鋼屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的鋼與混凝土兩種下部支承結(jié)構(gòu)在實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)中的問題和影響因素等問題展開分析。根據(jù)拱型波紋鋼屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點(diǎn),建立了下部結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算模型。算例分析表明:跨度、矢跨比對拱腳水平推力影響均較大;矢跨比較大、柱高較小或柱距6m左右時(shí),拱型屋蓋下部采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)較經(jīng)濟(jì),而對于小跨度(尤其是跨度為18m左右)時(shí),采用鋼支承結(jié)構(gòu)不夠經(jīng)濟(jì)。建議通過梁端加肋或采用箱形截面鋼梁減小拱腳水平推力的扭轉(zhuǎn)影響。此外,按照懸臂梁對稱配筋的方式對下部混凝土柱進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)較簡單方便且誤差很小。[關(guān)鍵詞]拱型波紋鋼屋蓋;下部支承結(jié)構(gòu);設(shè)計(jì);分析Design and analysis on lower supporting structure of arched corrugated steel roofWu Lili1, Wang Yuanqing2, Zhang Yong3, Shi Yongjiu2(1 China University of Mining and Technology,Beijing 100083, China; 2 Department of Civil Engineering,Tsinghua University,Beijing 100084, China; 3 Department of Civil Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract:A series of problems and influencing factors in the design of two kinds of lower supporting structures by using steel and concrete are analyzed on the arched corrugated steel roofs. According to the mechanic performance, the analytical models of lower supporting structures are built. The numerical examples show that both the effective span and the ratio of rise to effective span have vital effects on the horizontal forces at the skewback of arched corrugated steel roof. It is more economic to adopt steel structures as the lower supporting ones, when the ratio of rise to effective span is relatively larger, the height of column is smaller, or the column distance is around 6m. However, for small effective span (especially a 18-meter span), it’s not economic. It is suggested to add stiffener at the beam ends or use box-section beam to reduce torsion effects induced by the horizontal forces at the skewback of the roof.
