[提要]以實施屋頂綠化的一個三層框架結(jié)構(gòu)房屋和一個五層框架結(jié)構(gòu)房屋為例,并結(jié)合其他二層和四層的工程實例,按照房屋總層數(shù)不同和增加的綠化荷載的大小,分別對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了整體抗震性能分析。通過對增加綠化荷載前后結(jié)構(gòu)周期、樓層地震剪力、框架柱軸壓比以及框架柱和框架梁配筋的變化等比較分析,論證是否需對欲進行屋頂綠化的房屋進行結(jié)構(gòu)整體的抗震驗算。

Seismic behavior analysis of roof greening on existing multi-story reinforced
concrete frame structure buildings

Abstract: The seismic behavior of roof greening on existing multi-story reinforced concrete frame structure buildings was analyzed, according to the different of stories and roof greening load: taking a three-storey and a five-storey building for Example, and combines the analysis results of a two-storey and a four-storey building. Comparative analysis the changes of pre-and post load increase by structural period, seismic shear of floor, axial compression ratio, reinforcement of frame column and frame beam, and demonstrates whether the seismic checking should be considered in roof greening process.
