[摘要]??谀硵M建超高層剪力墻住宅高度137m,超過規(guī)范要求的B級適用高度,且工程位于8度半烈度區(qū)、場地土類別為Ⅲ類,結(jié)構抗震十分不利?;赟AUSAGE程序采用顯式積分的方法,考慮結(jié)構幾何和材料非線性,進行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時程分析,著重分析了剪力墻和連梁的損傷破壞程度,以檢驗結(jié)構在罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構主要墻體均未出現(xiàn)明顯損壞,連梁塑性發(fā)展充分,結(jié)構抗震性能較好。

Elastic-plastic time-history analysis of ultra high-rise residential buildings in Haikou

Abstract: The height of an intended residential building in Haikou is up to 137m, which exceeds the maximum allowable height of grade B buildings in design code. In addition, the project locates in 8.5 degree seismic intensity area and the site category is group Ⅲ, which brings adverse effects on anti-seismic of the structure. Based on SAUSAGE program, explicit dynamic method was adopted and geometric and material nonlinearity were included in elastic-plastic time-history analysis in rare earthquake. Degree of damages in shear wall and coupling beams is mainly researched and studied to check the seismic performance of the building. The result shows that no obvious damage appears in shear wall, and full developments of plasticity in coupling beams, which suggest good seismic performance of the structure.
