[摘要]河北國(guó)際商務(wù)廣場(chǎng)C#寫(xiě)字樓采用混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)高度152.9m,屬B級(jí)高度超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)彈性分析、彈性時(shí)程分析和動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì);針對(duì)項(xiàng)目首、二層層高相差較大,層間剪力比較難滿足規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)要求的問(wèn)題,對(duì)不同結(jié)構(gòu)方案分別進(jìn)行了彈性分析和采用有限元軟件ABAQUS進(jìn)行了大震動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析。

Structural seismic performance and interstory shear strength analysis of Hebei International
Business Square C# Office Building

Abstract: Hebei International Business Square C# Office Building adopts frame-corewall structural system. The structural height of the building is 152.9m. It is belong to B grade high-rise building. According to elastic analysis, elastic time-history analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis, the performance-based seismic design is studied. To address the problem that when the height of first floor and the second floor has larger difference, the layer shear force ratio was difficult to satisfy the demand of the code, elastic analysis and elastic-plastic time-history analysis by finite element software ABAQUS under the rare earthquake about the different structure scheme were carried out.
