[摘要]杭州平安金融中心為超限高層建筑,地上塔樓A、塔樓B、塔樓C均采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,其中塔樓A為B級(jí)高度。工程依靠性能化設(shè)計(jì)思想指導(dǎo),根據(jù)超限情況,采用相應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震措施。采用多種軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的地震響應(yīng)進(jìn)行對(duì)比計(jì)算,針對(duì)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行抗震性能目標(biāo)驗(yàn)算,既滿足了抗震安全性要求,又滿足了建筑功能及結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)性要求。

Seismic design of Hangzhou Ping′an Financial Center

Abstract: Hangzhou Ping′an Financial Center including Tower A, Tower B and Tower C adopt the frame-core wall structural system. Tower A exceeds the height requirements of level A of the code. The corresponding seismic measures were carried out according to out-of-code condition with the guideline of performance-based design. Seismic response was calculated and analyzed by some kinds of software and the seismic performance objectives of key components were checked. The measures fulfill the requirement of seismic safety, architectural function and economy.
