上下同步逆作法核心筒剪力墻托換技術(shù)數(shù)值模擬分析

[摘要]上下同步逆作施工中核心筒剪力墻下托梁在整個(gè)施工過(guò)程中存在著施工復(fù)雜且危險(xiǎn)性高、控制難度大等問(wèn)題。為了進(jìn)一步了解上下同步逆作施工核心筒剪力墻托換技術(shù),并且尋求整個(gè)施工過(guò)程中剪力墻下托梁和支撐格構(gòu)柱的受力、沉降特征,結(jié)合上海國(guó)際旅游度假區(qū)核心區(qū)管理中心工程項(xiàng)目,應(yīng)用MIDAS/Gen有限元分析軟件對(duì)整個(gè)施工過(guò)程的不同工況建立模型,進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的施工過(guò)程模擬分析,數(shù)據(jù)處理,從不同角度總結(jié)托梁和支撐格構(gòu)柱在整個(gè)施工過(guò)程中不同階段的受力特征,為今后上下同步逆作核心筒剪力墻下托梁的設(shè)計(jì)、施工提供參考,具有重要的理論和實(shí)際意義。

Numerical analysis of shear wall underpinning of core tube in

Abstract: The joist under the core tube shear was constructed throughout the process , which is complex and has a high risk, difficult to control and so on in the synchronous top-down construction. In order to further understand the technology of shear wall underpinning of core tube in the synchronous top-down construction method and to further understand the force and settlement feature of the joist and support lattice columns under shear throughout the construction process, combined with Shanghai International Tourism Resort Core Area Management Centre project, the MIDAS/Gen finite element analysis software was applied to build model of different operating conditions throughout the construction process. The detailed construction process simulation analysis, data processing were carried out from different angles summarize joists and support trellis column force characteristics at different stages throughout the construction process, which provides a reference for the joist under the core tube shear design and construction and has important theoretical and practical significance.
