［摘要］以上海市某超限高層為例，詳細(xì)闡述了超限高層的計算分析與設(shè)計。該超限高層具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)及平面尺寸突變等超限情況。介紹了該樓的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計、抗震超限情況、相應(yīng)的抗震措施，彈性分析、彈性時程分析、樓板應(yīng)力分析、中震分析和大震防倒塌分析等計算表明，結(jié)構(gòu)滿足規(guī)范要求。

Structural analysis and design of an out-of-code high-rise building

Abstract: This analysis and design of an out-of-code high-rise building in Shanghai were introduced detail. Several out-of-code characteristics exist in structure, including torsion irregularity, discontinuous floor and discontinuity of lateral-resisting components. Foundation design, out-of-code characteristics and corresponding seismic measures were introduced. The results of the elastic analysis, elastic time-history analysis, slab stress analysis, moderate earthquake analysis and rare earthquake analysis show that all the indices can meet the code requirements.
