［摘要］項(xiàng)目包含一棟高層寫(xiě)字樓和多層商業(yè)裙房，其中裙房底層入口處局部凹進(jìn)，以上各樓層逐層外挑，形成26.7m×50.4m的挑空區(qū)。比較了桁架和拱兩種形式的轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，拱式轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)受力良好，能更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑方案。高層建筑的三個(gè)角部存在“切角”，“切角”尺寸逐層變化，最大7.5m，沿“切角”設(shè)置斜柱，分析了斜柱對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響，提出了相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施。

Structural design of a shopping mall

Abstract： The project has a high rise office building and a multi-story skirt building. The skirt building，with the floor overhanging from the bottom one by one，has a void space of 26.7m by 50.4m. The advantages and disadvantages of trusses and arches as load-transfer member were discussed. The architecture plan can be better achieved using arch structure with good mechanical performance. The tall building is cut at three corners with the maximum size of 7.5m. Inclined columns are arranged along the cutting angle. The effect of the inclined column was discussed , and strengthen measures were proposed.
