[摘要]某總部大樓總高42.8m,經(jīng)過多個方案比較,為不影響整體立面效果,采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。針對地下室頂板在房屋南側(cè)整體缺失情況,為滿足頂板嵌固作用以及水平力的有效傳遞,對地震工況下的樓板進行有限元應(yīng)力分析,對頂板板厚及配筋做具體研究;為解決大跨度樓板懸挑問題,采取增加拉桿以及板起拱的方式解決板的撓度問題,并對與拉桿共同作用下樓層板在人行激勵下的舒適度進行性能分析與研究。

Complex high-rise structure design on a headquarters building in Shanghai Hongqiao

Abstract: Through the comparation of a number of design schemes in order not to affect the overall elevation effect, a total height of 42.8 meters of the headquarters building adopts reinforced concrete frame structure. For the lack of roof of the basement in the south side of the house, meanwhile in order to meet the function of roof inlay and effective transfer of horizontal force, a finite element stress analysis of the floor should be taken under the seismic condition, as well as a specific research for roof plate thickness and reinforcement is also necessary, in order to solve the large span slab cantilevered problem, a solution of putting more pull rods and plate arch way was taken to solve the problem of the deflection plate, moreover a performance analysis and research under the pedestrian excitation comfort was conducted for the floor plate which is under combined effect of pull rods
