［摘要］杭州銀泰城位于杭州市拱墅區(qū)，是集多種功能于一體的城市綜合體，屬?gòu)?fù)雜超限高層建筑工程，具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、構(gòu)件間斷等多種不規(guī)則項(xiàng)，為此進(jìn)行了性能化抗震設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)合整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)，介紹了該項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法、項(xiàng)目重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)及技術(shù)解決措施。

Abstract: Hangzhou INTIME City is an urban complex located in Gongshu District Hangzhou City. It’s an out-of-order structure having irregular torsion, discontinuous floors and discontinuous members etc. Performance-based design of seismic had been carried out. Characteristics of the project, critical items, analysis method and the corresponding structural solution were described.
