[摘要]青島國(guó)家通信產(chǎn)業(yè)園項(xiàng)目地上22層,主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度96.0m,采用框架-核心筒(主樓)、框架-剪力墻(裙房)結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)平面尺寸75m×187m。首先結(jié)合建筑方案及經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析說(shuō)明了主體結(jié)構(gòu)的體系選型。隨后,系統(tǒng)介紹了項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中針對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則項(xiàng)選用的設(shè)計(jì)措施。同時(shí),對(duì)框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系的筒體優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了具體陳述。最后,對(duì)基礎(chǔ)方案的比選進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)說(shuō)明。研究及設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)選用合理的計(jì)算措施和設(shè)計(jì)措施,原結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則性得到有效控制,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)計(jì)算指標(biāo)可以較好地滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)安全、可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)可行。

Structural design and analysis of national (Qiaodao) communications industry park

Abstract: National (Qiaodao) communications industry park with the height of 96.0m and 22 floors on the grand, uses the frame core-wall structure system (main building) and the frame-shear wall structure system (podium), and the plane dimension of 75m×187m. Firstly, combined architecture scheme and economic analysis, the structural system selection of the main structure was explained. Then, the design measures about the plane irregularity, the vertical irregularity and the other irregularity of the structure systematically were introduced. At the same time, the optimization design of cylinder of the frame core-wall structure system particularly was stated. Finally, the selection of the based scheme was emphatically presented. Research and design results show that, by using reasonable computational measures and design measures, the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled, and the structure calculation index can better meet the requirements of the standards. The structure is safe, reliable and the structural design is feasible.
