［摘要］山東銀豐創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園39#樓是一座帶商業(yè)裙房的高層建筑，塔樓為框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)，裙樓為框架結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)合地基條件和施工因素，經(jīng)過對(duì)比，塔樓基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)選為樁徑700mm的后注漿鉆孔灌注樁。依據(jù)受力特點(diǎn)，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)選型、構(gòu)件布置、構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了合理優(yōu)化，并取得較好結(jié)果。反應(yīng)譜分析和Pushover分析結(jié)果表明本工程滿足規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求?；A(chǔ)選擇和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化可為類似工程提供參考。

Abstract: 39# building of Shandong Yinfeng Creative Industry Center is a high-rise building with a commercial podium. The frame structure was built with an inner core tube. Diameter 700mm post-grouting bored piles are selected as tower foundations with consideration of foundation conditions and construction factors. Under the condition of satisfying the building functions, an optimal design for structural system, component layout, and component design was performed based on mechanical characteristics of the structure. Pushover analysis and response spectrum analysis were also carried out to meet the requirements of the design codes. In general, foundation selection and optimal design in this project can provide reference for similar projects.
