[摘要]百集龍項目位于云南省昆明市,集商業(yè)、辦公、餐飲于一體。首先根據(jù)建筑高度、建筑平面功能要求對該項目B樓進(jìn)行超限情況判斷并確定相應(yīng)的性能目標(biāo),并針對不規(guī)則情況、不同的結(jié)構(gòu)部位、重要程度,采取不同的抗震設(shè)計措施。其次,通過SATWE、YJK兩種軟件對該樓進(jìn)行多遇地震下的計算分析并對計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,以確定計算結(jié)果合理、有效,計算模型符合結(jié)構(gòu)的實際工作狀況。通過對比可知,周期、位移、剪重比、軸壓比等均滿足規(guī)范要求。再次,采用YJK程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行多遇地震下的彈性時程分析,將彈性時程分析結(jié)果與CQC計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,通過對比可知其結(jié)果滿足規(guī)范要求。最后,采用多層及高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)彈塑性靜動力分析軟件EPDA進(jìn)行彈塑性靜力Pushover分析,以確保該結(jié)構(gòu)滿足“大震不倒”的要求。

Structure design of building of Baijilong project

Abstract: Baijilong project is located in Kunming, Yunnan province, will provide business services, office services, food & beverages. Firstly, B building of the project overrun issue was judged according to the building height, building plane function and the corresponding performance goals were determined, different measures for seismic designs based on different conditions like irregular situation, different parts of the structure, the degree of importance were taken. Secondly, through the SATWE, YJK software, the building in the case of frequent earthquakes was calculated and analyzed, then the calculation results were compared to determine the calculation results are reasonable and effective, and the calculation model is consistent with the actual working conditions of the structure. By comparison, it knows that the period, displacement, shear stress ratio and axial compression ratio are all satisfied with the standard. Thirdly, the elastic time history analysis of the structure was carried out by using the YJK program, the elastic time history analysis results and the calculated results of CQC were compared by comparing the results meet the requirements of specification. Finally, the elastic-plastic static Pushover analysis was carried out by using the elastic-plastic static and dynamic analysis software EPDA of the multi-layer and high-rise building structure, to ensure that the structure can meet the requirements of "large earthquake".
