[摘要]東南國際航運(yùn)中心D座主塔樓建筑高度155m,采用框筒結(jié)構(gòu),通過調(diào)整核心筒墻體布置滿足結(jié)構(gòu)變形要求,針對結(jié)構(gòu)荷載和地震作用取值、各工況下的受力計(jì)算分析、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、性能化設(shè)計(jì)等方面深入探討。采用SATWE及YJK軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)在小震情況下進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,結(jié)果吻合較好。

Structure design of D seat in Southeast International Shipping Center

Abstract: Southeast International Shipping Center D main tower building height is 155 meters, Frame-core wall structure is adopted, through adjust the core tube wall arrangement to meet requirement of structural deformation and in the light of the structure load and earthquake action value, stress calculation and analysis, foundation design, performance design and other aspects to discuss.To calculate on the structure in small earthquake using SATWE and YJK software, the results coincide well.
