［摘要］位于7度（0.15g）地區(qū)的某塔樓，高142.65m,采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。其高寬比為7.03>6(高規(guī)限值)，通過設(shè)置剪力墻筒體來增強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)的抗側(cè)剛度。為使墻肢在中震不屈服下的拉應(yīng)力處于合理區(qū)間，需要不斷調(diào)整剪力墻和框架地震作用的分擔(dān)比例，最終使結(jié)構(gòu)布局更加合理。同時(shí)也進(jìn)一步說明抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于超限工程設(shè)計(jì)的必要性。

Structure design on a ultra-limit high-rise building in intensity region 7 (0.15g)

Abstract: A tower is in 7.5 regions of earthquake intensity category, which is the height of 142.65m, and adopts frame-shear wall. The depth-width ratio would be 7.03 > 0.6 which is the limit in technical specification for concrete structures of tall building, the lateral stiffness was enhanced by setting core tube. The tensil stress is reasonable with the ratio of seismic load between shear and frame being continuously adjusted, so is the structure layout. This shows that seismic performance design of structure is necessary for a ultra-limit building.
