[摘要]恒大國際金融中心G區(qū)裙房地上5層,主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度29.0m,采用帶支撐的鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,局部采用大跨度桁架轉(zhuǎn)換做法。首先結(jié)合建筑方案及經(jīng)濟性分析說明了主體結(jié)構(gòu)的體系選型方案。隨后,系統(tǒng)介紹了項目設(shè)計過程中針對塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)平面不規(guī)則、豎向不規(guī)則及其他不規(guī)則項選用的計算措施和設(shè)計措施。同時,對主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計選用的性能化設(shè)計方法進行了具體陳述。最后,對大跨度桁架轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的補充計算方法和結(jié)構(gòu)加強措施進行了重點介紹。研究及設(shè)計結(jié)果表明:通過選用合理的計算措施和設(shè)計措施,原結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則性得到有效控制,結(jié)構(gòu)各項計算指標(biāo)可以較好地滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)安全、可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計可行。

Structural design and analysis of G podium of EVERGRANDE International Center

Abstract: G podium of EVERGRANDE International Center with the height of 29.0m and 5 floors on the grand, uses the steel frame with bracing structure system and large span truss transfer structure. Firstly, combined architecture scheme and economic analysis, the structural system selection of the main structure was explained. Then, the calculation measures and the design measures about the plane irregularity, the vertical irregularity and the other irregularity of the structure systematically were introduced. At the same time, the performance design method of the structure was particularly stated. Finally, supplement calculation method and structure strengthening measures about the large span truss transfer structure were emphatically presented. Research and design results show that, by using reasonable computational measures and design measures, the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled, and the structure calculation index can better meet the requirements of the standards. The structure is safe, reliable and the structural design is feasible.
