華潤深圳灣綜合發(fā)展項目“柏寧花園”結構設計研究綜述

[摘要]華潤深圳灣綜合發(fā)展項目“柏寧花園”具有建筑平面狹長,長寬比、高寬比大的特點。在土地資源寶貴的城市中心區(qū),為了滿足人們對高檔住宅南北通透的品質(zhì)需求,該項目采用X向墻少的鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結構抗側(cè)力體系。該結構體系有效的滿足了結構規(guī)范要求,根據(jù)抗震規(guī)范的“兩階段三水準”設計原則,設計中采用多套軟件對結構在多遇地震下的響應進行計算分析,并對關鍵構件的抗震性能進行了驗算。罕遇地震下結構的動力彈塑性分析結果表明,結構滿足大震不倒的性能目標。

Abstract: The China Rcesources Shenzhen Bay Mixed development project “Bei Ning Garden” has the features of long and narrow, and with high length-width ratio and height-width ratio. This building project is located in urban center area where land resources is precious, and in order to meet residents′ demand for good exposure of high-grade residence, reinforced concrete shear wall structure in which few shear walls is arranged in X direction is adopted as the lateral force resisting system. This kind of structure system meets requirements of codes for building structure effectively. According to the design principle of “two stages and three levels” in the Seismic Code, several kinds of software was applied to the analysis of the structural response under frequent earthquake action, and seismic performance of key components is also checked in the design process. The results of dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake indicate that the structure can achieve the performance objective of no collapsing with strong earthquake.
