海南大廈主樓結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形分析

[摘要]海南大廈主樓為位于高地震區(qū)的復(fù)雜超限超高層建筑,主樓高為198.6m,地下4層,地上46層,結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用了鋼管混凝土柱鋼框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。參考?xì)W洲規(guī)范EC2關(guān)于混凝土彈性模量變化、徐變和收縮的時(shí)變效應(yīng)的規(guī)定,采用SAP2000軟件,建立了考慮施工過(guò)程模擬有限元模型,分析了外框架柱與核心筒的豎向變形及差異。同時(shí)對(duì)比一次性加載、不考慮混凝土?xí)r變效應(yīng)的施工模擬、考慮混凝土?xí)r變效應(yīng)的施工模擬三種分析中的變形差異,可知結(jié)構(gòu)的非線性彈性變形約占總變形量的50%左右。此外分析了伸臂桁架、防屈曲支撐在考慮施工過(guò)程、混凝土?xí)r變效應(yīng)下的內(nèi)力情況,表明斜桿在恒加活荷載作用下由于墻柱豎向變形的差異產(chǎn)生了較大的內(nèi)力,在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)予以重視。

Vertical deformation analysis of main building of Hainan Building

Abstract: Main building of  Hainan Building is located in the high seismic zone. The main building is a 198.6-meter complicated super high-rise building beyond code limits with 4 levels below the ground and 46 level above the ground. The structural systems adapt the steel composite column moment frames with concrete core. Referring to the specification of the time-variant effects of the Young’s Modulus, creep and shrinkage in Eurocode EC2, the SAP2000 was applied to build the finite element model with respect to the construction process simulation and analyze the vertical deformation and the difference of the exterior moment frame columns and the wall. Compare the difference of the deformations of the three analyses, including one-time loading, reinforced concrete construction process simulation with and without considering the time-variant effects, it shows the structural nonlinear elastic deformation is around 50% of the total deformation. The analysis of internal force of the overhanging trusses and buckling-restrained braces under the construction process and time-variant effects were introduced. Furthermore, since large internal force was produced due to the different vertical deformation of the wall column under dead load, which should be pay more attention to the diagonal member design.
