[摘要]結構高度超過B級高度框架核心筒結構,塔樓偏心布置,裙房近20m穿層柱,同時存在平面扭轉不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)等不規(guī)則項。設計采用基于性能的抗震設計方法,結果表明,結構體系各項相關參數(shù)滿足規(guī)范要求,結構整體及各構件的抗震性能均可達到預期的抗震性能目標。

Structural design of office building in Nanning

Abstract: The structure system of the building is concrete frame-core wall structure, which exceeds the B-level height。The tower building is off-center arranged with 20m cross-pillar in podium, meanwhile there are other structure irregularities such as torsional irregularity, floor discontinuity. Performance-based seismic design method was used in this tower. The research shows that relevant parameters can meet code requirements, and the seismic performance of the whole structure and components can reach the expected performance objectives.
