[摘要]銀川綠地中心超高層項目包括兩棟高301m的塔樓。結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用由伸臂桁架連接的型鋼混凝土外框架+鋼筋混凝土核心筒組成的混合結(jié)構(gòu),有效地抵抗由地震作用和風(fēng)荷載產(chǎn)生的巨大側(cè)向力。采用ETABS,PMSAP及PERFORM 3D 計算軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了彈性分析及彈塑性分析,實現(xiàn)抗震性能化設(shè)計,從而滿足規(guī)范及超限審查專家的要求。

Highrise structural design of the Yinchuan Greenland Center

Abstract: The Yinchuan Greenland Center includes two 301m towers. The structural system of each tower is a composite system, with a center core wall linked to steel reinforced concrete exterior columns through outrigger trusses, to effectively resist large lateral loads caused by earthquake and wind. Programs ETABS, PMSAP and PERFORM 3D were used for elastic and elasto-plastic analyses, and performance based seismic design to meet the requirements of the building codes and the comments provided by the review experts.
