[摘要]將綠色廢棄玻璃粉取代部分水泥,綠色廢棄玻璃砂取代部分天然砂制成砂漿試件,研究堿-硅酸反應(yīng)。對分別摻加0%,10%,20%,30%的綠色玻璃粉和0%,30%,50%,70%,100%的綠色玻璃砂砂漿試件分別進(jìn)行堿-硅酸反應(yīng)試驗(yàn),通過80℃水浴養(yǎng)護(hù)3,7,10,14,28,56d后檢測砂漿試件的膨脹率。結(jié)果表明,堿骨料試件14d膨脹率均低于0.1%,所有試樣均無開裂、變形、表面無膠狀物質(zhì)滲出,無潛在的堿骨料膨脹破壞;廢棄玻璃粉的火山灰活性很大程度降低發(fā)生堿-硅酸反應(yīng)膨脹破壞的可能性;當(dāng)水浴養(yǎng)護(hù)56d后摻加30%玻璃砂的試件膨脹率為0.22%,大于0.2%,可能存在潛在的堿-硅酸反應(yīng)破壞的危害;當(dāng)玻璃砂的摻量超過30%,且隨著玻璃砂摻量的增加,試件的膨脹率相應(yīng)降低,并且通過電鏡掃描綠色玻璃表面結(jié)構(gòu)可以得出,綠色玻璃表面平滑,孔隙較少,說明綠玻璃砂的表面環(huán)境不易于發(fā)生堿-硅酸反應(yīng)破壞。

Experimental study on the alkali-silica reaction of waste glass cement mortar

Abstract: Adding green waste glass power to replace part of cement make mortar specimens, adding green waste glass sand to replace part of natural sand make mortar specimens, studying the alkali-silica reaction. Adding 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% of the glass power and 0%, 30%, 50%, 70%, 100% of the glass sand to carry out the alkali-aggregate reaction experiment. Through the 80℃ water bath, measure the expansion rate of the specimens after maintain 3, 7, 10, 14, 24, 56d. Experimental results show that the expansion rate of the specimens below 0.1% after standard 14d maintenance, all samples are without cracking, deformation, surface colloidal substances, proving that there is no potential alkali aggregate expansion. Volcanic activity of waste glass power greatly reduce the possibility of alkali-silica reaction expansion damage. The expansion rate of glass sand specimen mixed with 30% is 0.22%, more than 0.2% after bath-maintain 56d, proving that there is a potential alkali-silica reaction damage; And with the increase of glass sand, the expansion rate of specimen lower accordingly, by electron microscopic scanning green glass surface structure can be obtained that green glass surface smooth, porosity is less, proving that its surface environment is not easy to happen alkali-silica reaction.
