摘 要

[摘要]高支模系統(tǒng)本身具有多樣性、復(fù)雜性及高危性的特點(diǎn),近年來,高支模系統(tǒng)坍塌事故頻繁發(fā)生,嚴(yán)重威脅著大型建筑的施工安全,產(chǎn)生了不良的社會(huì)影響。高支模系統(tǒng)在澆筑混凝土期間是最危險(xiǎn)、最易造成安全事故的作業(yè)時(shí)間段,對(duì)其進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)警是保障工程施工進(jìn)度和施工安全的重要條件之一。結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)某新型高大模板支撐系統(tǒng)安全監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),且通過在實(shí)際工程中的運(yùn)用,介紹了實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和工作情況,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了監(jiān)測(cè)前及監(jiān)測(cè)中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),并展望了高大模板支撐系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的發(fā)展和運(yùn)用前景。

Importance of real-time monitoring of high-formwork system in the concrete-pouring period

Abstract: The high-formwork system itself has diversity, complexity and high-risk behavior characteristics,in recent years, the collapse accidents of high-formwork system are happening with increasing frequency,the accidents seriously threaten the construction safety of large buildings,and have a bad impact on society. During pouring concrete,high-formwork system is the most dangerous and most likely to cause safety accidents. One of the important conditions to ensure safety and progress of engineering is real-time monitoring and forewarning. Combined with a new safety monitoring system of high-formwork system and some applications of practical engineering, the advantages of real-time monitoring system and work situation was introduced. At last, on the basis of above, the key links of monitoring were summarized, furthermore, looking forward to the development and use prospects of real-time monitoring of high-formwork system.
