[摘要]某鋼箱梁橋采用“計算機控制液壓同步頂推滑移技術”的施工方法進行安裝,詳細介紹了該工程的鋼箱梁的制作和現場的具體安裝方法及關鍵技術。進行了鋼箱梁頂推相關的滑移全過程計算機模擬仿真分析,考慮了各種可能的影響因素和不利情況,詳細制定了頂推滑移法的施工安裝方案,并嚴格按方案要求在工程中進行實施,解決了該橋梁工程施工安裝過程中的難題,降低了工程的施工成本,保證了工程質量和施工工期,取得了很好的效果,為云南省類似工程提供了可借鑒的經驗。

Key construction technology of pushing sliding on a steel bridge

Abstract: A steel bridge with the use of “computer-controlled hydraulic synchronous pushing slip technology” construction method for installation was introduced. The construction of steel box girder production and site specific installation methods and key technologies were described. Steel box girder were pushing the whole process related to slip computer simulation analysis taking into account all the possible factors and unfavorable conditions, construction and installation of the program elaborated pushing slip law, and in strict accordance with program requirements in engineering. It is implemented to solve the bridge construction installation problems in the process, reduce the construction cost of the project, ensure project quality and construction period, and achieve good results, which provide valuable experience for similar projects in Yunnan province.
