雙回路超高壓電纜淺埋暗挖隧道斷面優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)*

[摘要]根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)手段,在軟土地區(qū)修建專用電纜隧道一般采用頂管法或盾構(gòu)法,而在硬質(zhì)巖地區(qū)則選用淺埋暗挖法。一般情況下,電纜隧道周邊的構(gòu)筑物或管線對(duì)地層變形允許值要求都比較高,當(dāng)淺埋暗挖電力隧道采用國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司推薦的直墻拱形斷面時(shí),隧道施工引起的周邊地層變形都較大,實(shí)施過程往往需要遷改地下管線。在對(duì)雙回路超高壓電力電纜空間需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,優(yōu)化隧道內(nèi)的電纜及其附屬設(shè)施的布置方案,而后采用三心圓法繪制曲墻拱形的淺埋暗挖隧道斷面;與此同時(shí),采用數(shù)值分析方法對(duì)隧道施工過程引起的周邊地層變形進(jìn)行模擬。分析結(jié)果顯示:采用三心圓形法的隧道斷面較直墻拱形隧道斷面減小周邊地層變形量達(dá)15%以上,帶來了良好的環(huán)境效益;研究結(jié)果指導(dǎo)工程建設(shè),并為類似工程建設(shè)提供參考。

Optimal design of the shallow buried covered excavation tunnel which used double circuit EHV cable transmission lines

Abstract: As common technology, the pipe jacking method or the shield method has been used usually in the tunnel construction in the soft clay district, and the shallow buried covered excavation method is been application in the hard rock district. The environment of the EHV cable tunnel is usually full of pipe lines or underground structures, which require high of the deformation cased by the tunnel excavation. According to the experience of the shallow buried excavation tunnel, the deformation has a great chance to go beyond the design control value, which makes a lot of pipe lines or the underground structures have to be modified. Based on space requirement anlysis of two extra high voltage cable lines, arrange the cable and the ancillary facilities inside the tunnel was optimized, and then the tunnel cross section into arc sidewall by three circle method was drawed, finialy, the deformation caused by the tunnel excavation was simulated by finite element method. The simulation results show that, the three circle method tunnel could reduce the deformation into 15% of the straight sidewall, which takes great environment benefits. The research can guide the design of the tunnel design and provide references for similar construction.
