[摘要]近年來,建筑物不斷增高,地下室層數(shù)不斷增加。且為滿足使用的要求,高層建筑和裙房或地下車庫都要求建造在一起,共用一個地下室。這導(dǎo)致在使用過程中,特別是在沿海地區(qū),發(fā)生多起地下室底板開裂的事故。在水位變化幅度大的地區(qū),即使在沉降后澆帶封閉之后,由于主樓和裙房的基礎(chǔ)抗拔剛度不同還會產(chǎn)生上浮位移差。而這部分上浮位移差會在交界處產(chǎn)生巨大的底板內(nèi)應(yīng)力。這也是為什么即使使用了沉降后澆帶,還有很多裂縫集中分布于高層建筑主樓和裙房或者車庫的交界處的原因。采用ABAQUS對一條板帶進(jìn)行建模,根據(jù)高水位和低水位的水壓差作為荷載,分析出主樓裙房樁基礎(chǔ)相等抗拔剛度模型和主樓裙房樁基礎(chǔ)變抗拔剛度模型的交界面的底板內(nèi)力。并給出了變剛度模型下交接處底板彎矩的工程簡化計(jì)算方法。

Stress analysis of basement slab at the junction between main building
bedplate and skirt building bedplate

Abstract: In recent years, the hight of building is increasing, and the number of basement layer is increasing as well. In order to meet the usage requirements, the high-rise building and the skirt building or underground garage are required to build together, sharing the same basement. This led to many basement slab cracking accidents, especially in the coastal areas. At large water level change area, even the post pouring belt is used and closed, the uplift displacement difference between the main building and the skirt building will still be occured due to the uplift pile stiffness difference. And this floating displacement difference will be generated at the junction with a huge internal stress. This is the reason why many cracks are concentrated at the junction located in the high-rise building and the skirt building or the garage. A strip of slab band was modeled using ABAQUS. the load is the difference between high water level and low water level. The interface internal stresses were compared between the equal uplift pile foundation stiffness model and variable uplift pile foundation stiffness model. And the interface internal stress simplified calculation method of variable stiffness model is presented at the end.
