［摘要］星海灣古城堡酒店為建設(shè)在山地上的高層建筑，場地條件復雜。在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計過程中，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實際情況，靈活合理選用巖石錨桿基礎(chǔ)、墩、樁等基礎(chǔ)形式，并分別或組合采用分階放坡、局部毛石混凝土回填、壓力注漿、斜鋪防水板、加強支護等多種措施處理建筑基底間存在的較大高差、場地自然坡度高差、基巖頂面高差等復雜場地環(huán)境下基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計問題。

Abstract: Castle Hotel (Dalian) was built on mountain, the condition of foundation was complex. There were height differences between basements, ground surfaces and rocks. Many measures were taken in the design of the foundation, such as stairs shape foundation, filling with rubble concrete, grouting, declining slabs and slope support.
