［摘要］《壓水堆核電廠核安全有關(guān)的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要求》(NB/T 20012—2010)中規(guī)定了壓水堆核電站混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造要求，同《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》（GB 50010—2010）中的規(guī)定基本相同?！睹绹税踩嚓P(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范》（ACI 349-13）中亦有核安全相關(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造要求規(guī)定。以上述三本規(guī)范為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合其他規(guī)范及手冊，比較了中、美兩國核電廠鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范中關(guān)于混凝土保護層、鋼筋錨固、鋼筋連接、鋼筋間距等構(gòu)造方面的規(guī)定，便于設(shè)計、施工人員在國內(nèi)在建AP1000三代核電站設(shè)計和施工中參考，以便設(shè)計、施工人員在保證安全的前提下進行材料替換等工作，也為國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《核電廠混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的編制提供參考。從對比結(jié)果看，美國核電廠鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造要求是嚴(yán)于我國目前的核電廠規(guī)定的。

Contrast of detailing requirements for nuclear power plants between China and American codes

Abstract: Design requirements for nuclear safety related concrete structure for pressure water reactor nuclear power plant (NB/T 20012—2010) provides the detailing requirements for nuclear power plants, which is basically same as required in Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010). And Code requirements for nuclear safety-related concrete structures and commentary (ACI 349-13) also stipulates the detailing requirements for nuclear power plants. The requirements of concrete cover, anchorage of steel reinforcement, splices of reinforcement, and distance between reinforcements were compared and analyzed, which can be referred for design and construction for nuclear power plants, and material substitute with safe, also can be referred by the drafting group of code “the technical standard for nuclear plant concrete structure”. The requirements of detailing requirements for nuclear power plants in ACI are more strictly than NB/T 20012—2010 and GB 50010—2010.
