裝配式環(huán)筋扣合錨接剪力墻平面外抗折試驗研究*

 [摘要]對3個環(huán)筋扣合剪力墻試件及3個現(xiàn)澆剪力墻試件進行了平面外抗折試驗,對比了二者的試驗過程及現(xiàn)象,考察了其極限荷載,分析了其荷載-位移關系及應變-位移關系。試驗結果表明:二者的破壞模式均為受彎破壞,但破壞位置不同,現(xiàn)澆試件的破壞位置在試件底部,環(huán)筋扣合試件的破壞位置在試件中部;環(huán)筋扣合試件內部鋼筋均能夠較好地傳遞應力,相同荷載下,環(huán)筋扣合試件頂部位移低于現(xiàn)澆試件;環(huán)筋扣合試件的極限承載力遠大于現(xiàn)澆試件,表明環(huán)筋扣合試件剪力墻底部具備較高的面外抗彎承載能力,該連接形式的面外抗折能力是可靠的。

Tests on out-of-plane bending of precast shear walls with annular closed reinforcements

Abstract In order to contrast the process and phenomena of the out-of-plane bending test, three specimens of annular closed reinforcement and three cast-in-place shear walls were carried out of two groups. The relationship between loading and displacement, strain and displacement was studied. The test results indicate that the failure mode of the two groups is both bending destruction, but its location is different. The cast-in-place shear walls located in its bottom and the annular closed reinforcement in the middle of the specimen. The reinforcement of annular closed reinforcement can transfer stress commendably. While under the same loading, the displacement at top of annular closed reinforcement specimen is less than that of the cast-in-place specimen. The ultimate bearing capacity of the annular closed reinforcement specimen is much larger than that of the cast-in-place specimen. It shows that the bottom of annular closed reinforcement specimen has a higher flexural bearing capacity, so this connection method is reliable.
