［摘要］某鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程結(jié)構(gòu)不規(guī)則，部分節(jié)點(diǎn)的構(gòu)造與受力相當(dāng)復(fù)雜，需要通過模型試驗(yàn)來研究節(jié)點(diǎn)在最不利工況下的受力性能。選取了該工程中兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)，經(jīng)過合理的簡化，設(shè)計(jì)了模型節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)。通過單調(diào)靜力加載試驗(yàn)，研究了節(jié)點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象、破壞模式、測點(diǎn)應(yīng)變等，指出了節(jié)點(diǎn)相對薄弱的地方，驗(yàn)證了節(jié)點(diǎn)在設(shè)計(jì)荷載下的安全性。通過兩個(gè)復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)的研究過程，給出了復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行模型試驗(yàn)研究的一般思路，可以用于指導(dǎo)實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)工程的設(shè)計(jì)。

Model experiment study on complicated joints for a steel structure

Abstract: A steel structure has complex shape, the construction and mechanical characteristic of some joints is very complicated. Thus model test is needed to study its performance under various loads. Two key joints were chosen and the model joints were designed. During static loading test, experiment phenomenon, failure mode and strains were recorded. The weak part of joints were got and the reliability and safety of joints under the design load were verified. From the research process of the two joints, the general way of evaluation of complicated joints was given. That can be adopted for structural engineers in design.
