110kV復(fù)合材料干式電抗器抗震性能振動臺試驗研究

[摘要]干式電抗器是變電站中的復(fù)雜電氣設(shè)備,與其他設(shè)備相比這種設(shè)備在地震作用下的動力響應(yīng)更為復(fù)雜。對由復(fù)合材料構(gòu)成支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的110kV干式電抗器進(jìn)行抗震性能振動臺試驗研究,通過白噪聲掃頻和抗震試驗,測定設(shè)備頻率、阻尼以及關(guān)鍵部位的位移、應(yīng)變和加速度響應(yīng),研究電抗器設(shè)備在地震作用下的地震響應(yīng)規(guī)律。試驗結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合材料電抗器設(shè)備在試驗前后,頻率、阻尼等動力特性變化較大;在不同強(qiáng)度地震波作用下設(shè)備的地震響應(yīng)基本呈線性變化,結(jié)構(gòu)基本呈線性特性;設(shè)備最大應(yīng)變發(fā)生在設(shè)備支架根部,設(shè)備支架根部為最危險截面;復(fù)合材料由于剛度較弱,地震位移響應(yīng)較大,在判定設(shè)備抗震性能時應(yīng)考慮位移響應(yīng)對設(shè)備電氣功能的影響。

Shake table test research on seismic performance of 110kV 

composite material dry type of reactor

Abstract: Dry type of reactor is the complex electrical equipment in substation; Compared with other equipment, the dynamic response of the device is more complicated under seismic action. Shaking table test was developed on seismic performance of 110 kV dry type of reactor whose supporting structure is composite material. The equipment frequency, damp, the displacement of some key parts, strain and acceleration were measured through white noise frequency sweep and seismic test. Through the seismic test the influencing mechanism of reactor on the seismic response was obtained. The test results show that the dynamic characteristics such as frequency, damping of composite material electrical equipment change significant before and after the test; the seismic response of the device change linear under the action of seismic wave in different strength, the structure is linear characteristic; the largest strains occur at the root of equipment trestle, and the cross section placed the root of equipment trestle is the most dangerous; and displacement response is bigger because of weak stiffness, when we determine seismic performance of the equipment that the effect of displacement response on the equipment electrical function should be considered.
