［摘要］上海城市名人酒店（原滬西商業(yè)大廈）改建工程位于曹家渡的中心區(qū)域，改建前的上海城市名人酒店建于1994年，為一幢集酒店、商業(yè)、電影院功能于一體的高層建筑，地下2層，地上28層（含技術(shù)層）。由于原來結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)遵循較早的抗震規(guī)范，加上結(jié)構(gòu)需要部分拆建和改建，對裙樓拆除和改建范圍四周的以下柱子和剪力墻采用外包混凝土的方式進(jìn)行加固。分析結(jié)果表明，加固后結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力有較大程度的提高。抗震分析和現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)的房測報(bào)告結(jié)果表明，名人酒店的改建方案是可行的。

Seismic design on reconstruction project of Shanghai Celebrity City Hotel

Abstract: Reconstruction project of Shanghai Celebrity City Hotel (formerly Huxi commercial buildings) is located in the central region of Caojiadu. Shanghai Celebrity City Hotel before the reconstruction was built in 1994, which is a set of hotel, commercial, movie theater functions in one high-rise building, 2 floors underground and 28 floors overground (including technical floor). Because of the design of the original structure according to seismic code earlier and the need of demolition and reconstruction structure, skirt building demolition and reconstruction of the podium range around the following columns and shear walls were reinforced by concrete way. The analysis results show that the bearing capacity of the reinforced structure is greatly improved. Room measurement report the results of seismic analysis and existing structures suggest that celebrity hotel renovation is feasible. Seismic analysis and the existing structure of the housing survey report shows that the Shanghai Celebrity Hotel renovation program is feasible.
