[摘要]新青海大廈工程平面呈細(xì)腰布置,存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、豎向尺寸突變等,屬于結(jié)構(gòu)抗震超限建筑。采用PKPM和ETABS軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了多遇地震下的反應(yīng)譜分析及彈性時(shí)程分析,并針對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),對(duì)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行性能化設(shè)計(jì)。

Seismic design of New Qinghai Building

Abstract: The slender-waist-shaped plane of New Qinghai Building results in its plane irregularity as well as its irregularity in torsion floor not contact, the vertical dimension mutation, which make the structure exceed some limits of current code of China. PKPM and ETABS software were adopted in response spectrum and time-procedure analysis under frequent earthquake. The seismic performance design of the key component was be taken according to the characteristics of the structure.
