[摘要]順德綠地商業(yè)中心項(xiàng)目5#樓總高度229.6m,采用了框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況并確定了抗震性能目標(biāo),采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震彈性、中震等效彈性計(jì)算及大震下的彈塑性時程分析及轉(zhuǎn)換桁架節(jié)點(diǎn)的有限元分析。以上分析可保證結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)先設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Perform-based seismic analysis and design on the 5# tower of
the Greenland Business Center in Shunde City

Abstract: The 5# tower of the Greenland Business Center in Shunde City is 229.6m-height with RC frame-core structure system. The seismic performance objectives are determined. Performances of the structure were verified based on bearing capacity and deformation under different levels, including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, unyielding analysis under intermediate earthquake, the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake. Key joints of the conversion truss are researched by finite element analysis. The above analysis is to accomplish the expected seismic performance objectives.
