[摘要]天津灣D地塊1號塔樓為鋼管混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結構,地上高度197.3m,附帶4層裙房,屬于超限高層建筑。在進行超限高層抗震設計中,重點闡述基礎變剛度調平設計和樓層質量分布對超高層結構設計的影響。

Abstract: Tianjin Wan D Block 1# is a concrete filled steel tube frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure with height of 197.3 meters, attached to the four storey podium, belonging to the high-rise building. Based on seismic design of high-rise buildings, it mainly focuses on the influence of variable stiffness leveling design and floor quality distribution on the super high rise structure design.
